§ Mr. Moonmanasked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs whether the Council of Foreign Ministers of the European Economic Community has discussed the Arab boycott of Common Market companies, including British companies, trading with Israel; and whether this is on the agenda for the forthcoming talks in the Euro-Arab dialogue.
