§ Mr. Robert Sheldon, pursuant to his reply [Official Report, 10th February 1977; Vol. 925, c. 809], gave the following information:
£869, based on the estimated total yield of income tax shown in the April 1976 Financial Statement and Budget Reports and the estimated number of households in the United Kingdom at the end of 1976.
