§ Mr. Penhaligonasked the Secretary of State for Energy how much of the advance payments made or to be made under agreements with British Nuclear Fuels Limited for the provision of oxide fuel reprocessing services is repayable to the customers concerned in the event of the oxide fuel reprocessing plant failing to function satisfactorily.
§ Mr. BennI am advised that prospective contracts for overseas reprocessing work will be so drafted that such risks do not fall on BNFL.
