§ Mr. MoyleThe professional qualifications of staff employed by local authorities in their old people's homes are not recorded centrally. In 1975 there was one member of staff with a caring function per 3.17 residents. In 1974, 1973 and 1972 the equivalent ratios were 3.35, 3.51 and 3.71 respectively.
