§ Mr. HoramExcluding 418 people who have declared medical conditions calling for investigation, which inevitably delays licence issue, currently 180 people have been awaiting a driving licence for over three months—the vast majority of whom the Driver and Vehicle Licensing Centre has so far failed to satisfy through no fault of its own. During the week ending 4th February, 93 per cent. of driving licences were issued within 10 working days.
