asked the Secretary of State for Industry what funds are estimated to be available to the NEB in 1976–77, 1977–78, 1978–79 and 1979–80.

Mr. Les Huckfield

Cmnd. 6393, "Public Expenditure to 1979–80", identified provision of £225 million for the NEB in 1976–77. Cmnd. 6721–i, "The Government's Expenditure Plans, Part I", includes provision of £275 million for the NEB in both 1977–78 and 1978–79. "The Government's Expenditure Plans, Part II" will make provision for the NEB in 1979–80.
