§ 19. Mr. Thompsonasked the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland if he will make a statement on the progress of his discussions regarding the introduction of a simple method of citation of accused persons and witnesses which would apply throughout the United Kingdom.
§ Mr. DunnNorthern Ireland Office officials, in consultation with the Home Office and the Scottish Home and Health Department, are examining the possibilities of amending the law on this very complex matter.
