§ Mr. Padleyasked the Secretary of State for Wales if any further changes have been made to cash limits for 1976–77 which are within his responsibility since the Chief Secretary's announcement on 6th December.
§ Mr. John MorrisYes, the cash limit on block WO.3 is being increased by £100,000 to meet unavoidable additional expenditure for the repair of historic buildings and the enhancement of outstanding conservation areas, arising from the unexpected maturing of commitments entered into in earlier years. This has been fully offset by a reduction in Block WO.1. The change will be reflected in the Spring Supplementary Estimate, due to be published this month.
