Member for Watford.

§ Mr. HoramThe M25, the London Orbital Route, has the highest priority in the road programme and the remaining sections of the troute will be completed as soon as possible. Construction of the M25 between Micklefield Green and South Mimms will not, however, commence until the traffic reappraisal now being carried out on this part of the route has been completed and updated after the completion of the works now under construction on the A41 and A405. We should welcome the opportunity of meeting my hon. Friend and a delegation from his constituency.
