§ Mr. Arthur Lewisasked the Secretary of State for Employment whether he will explain why it was not possible to obtain a reply on the telephone from any person in his Department other than the security guard at 5.31 p.m. on Tuesday 1st February and at 5.36 p.m. on Wednesday 2nd February; and whether he will make the necessary arrangements to ensure that phone calls will be answered up until 6 p.m. at night.
