§ Mr. JohnThe terms of reference to the Criminal Law Revision Committee of the law on sexual offences embrace all aspects of this subject and include the matter raised by my hon. Friend and other hon. Members in the course of debates on the Sexual Offences (Amendment) Bill. I have, however, arranged for it to be brought specifically to the Committee's attention when it begins its study of rape offences.
