§ Mr. Joel BarnettEstimates of the relative price effect for 1977–78 and 1978–79 will be published in the second volume of the Government's expenditure plans. I regret that the assumptions given in the second part of the question are not sufficient to enable a calculation of the relative price effect to be made.
