Mr. Alan WilliamsThe purchase of a site on the Leeming Bar Industrial Estate was completed on 4th October 1976, at a cost of £17,000. Site development work has cost £9,000 and two advance factories at present under construction will cost £134,000. The Department's costs are to be met from the Development Fund. Neither factory has yet been allocated to a tenant.
