§ Mr. JohnSevere restrictions on the use of manpower and determination of strict priorities for its use as a result of cuts in public expenditure forced the Department, reluctantly, to discontinue displays by prison dog teams at local shows during 1976. The same restraint is likely to be necessary in the coming financial year.
