§ 60. Mr. Albert Robertsasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department if he will make a statement concerning the release of John Robinson during 1976 from Liverpool Prison in spite of the observations made by Mr. Justice Finnemore when he was sentenced to be kept in prison for the rest of his life, and in view of the fact that he subsequently committed another murder for which he was sentenced at Leeds Crown Court on 24th January 1977.
