§ Mr. GoldingI am informed by the Manpower Services Commission that 108,769 men and women were enrolled with Professional and Executive Recruitment on 21st December 1976. At the time of their enrolment and in answer to a specific question on the enrolment form, 32 per cent.—35,500—said they were prepared to consider taking jobs overseas.
