§ Mr. EadieThe National Coal Board and the South of Scotland Electricity Board have made considerable progress towards an agreement on the level of coal burn in Scottish power stations. We are endeavouring, with the Secretary of State for Scotland, to facilitate the conclusion of such an agreement.
