§ Mr. Jasper Moreasked the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food what expressions of views he has received from the Forestry Commission on the subject of devolution of forestry matters; and if he will now publish them.
§ Mr. John SilkinThe Forestry Commission was one of a large number of bodies which made known to the Government their views on the White Paper "Our Changing Democracy. Devolution to Scotland and Wales", and these were taken into account in framing the Scotland and Wales Bill. The Commission's views were summarised in a memorandum which, I understand, is available on application to it.
