§ Mr. Clinton DavisThere is difficulty in establishing what the hon. Member means in his use of the terms "actions" and "secondary banks" in the content of his Question. In any event, assuming that my Department could define the proceedings, and the companies to be included in the list sought to be provided, the information would be difficult to compile meaningfully, and would be obtained only at disproportionate cost.
