§ Mr. John Ellisasked the Secretary of State for Transport what advice he will give to those likely to be affected, in the 570W light of the fact that the detailed requirements of the European Commission on Drivers' Hours in Regulation No. 543/69, due to come into force on 1st January 1978, will not be available until after further discussion with the Commission.
