§ Mr. Critchleyasked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs whether he is in agreement with Recommendation 821 of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe.
§ Mr. JuddMy right hon. Friend is in full agreement with the objectives which the recommendation's operative paragraphs commend to the Committee of Ministers.
§ Mr. Critchleyasked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs whether, in the light of Recommendation 821, he intends to take action in order both fully to exploit the Council of Europe's potential as forum for dialogue between the democratic countries of Europe and to strengthen political co-operation within the Council's Committee of Ministers as a bridge between all its member States and the members of the European Communities.
