§ Mr. John GrantI understand from the Health and Safety Commission that submission of the report has been delayed by the need for the investigating team to hold further discussions with the companies concerned. The Commission's report is not now likely to be submitted to my right hon. Friends the Secretaries of State for Employment and the Environment until the spring of 1978. The question of publication will then be considered.
