asked the Secretary of State for Defence, pursuant to the statement of the Under-Secretary of State for the R.A.F., Official Report, 9th December 1977, column 1931, how many members of Her Majesty's Forces have been granted permission to moonlight and how many have been refused in each of the past four years and the current year to date.
