§ Mr. Merlyn ReesIn the current financial year I am making the following grants towards the training and headquarters expenses of marriage guidance organisations:
£ National Marriage Guidance Council 265,000 Institute of Marital Studies 90,000 Catholic Marriage Advisory Council 37,000 Family Welfare Association 6,000 Jewish Marriage Guidance Education Council 2,000 My right hon. Friend the Secretary of State for Social Services is making a grant of £29,600 to the Catholic Marriage Advisory Council in support of its family planning work and of £10,000 to the National Marriage Guidance Council for the training of its counsellors in the treatment of sexual difficulties.
