§ Mr. BishopThe United Kingdom delegation to the conference consisted basically of two or three officials from my Department plus one trade adviser, with support, when necessary, from the Foreign and Commonwealth Office legal service and the United Kingdom Mission in Geneva. Because the conference was held in two sessions in April and September and lasted over 10 weeks there was some rotation of delegates most of
