§ Mr. ArmstrongMy right hon. Friend is anxious to foster full co-operation between the Housing Corporation, housing associations and local authorities. In particular, steps are being taken to ensure close liaison between the corporation, the associations, and local authorities, in the preparation of housing investment programmes and the corporation's own investment programme.
