§ Mr. McElhoneIt is intended to bring to contract-letting stage within the next five years trunk road bypasses of Mussel-burgh, Tranent, Auchterarder, Pitlochry, Lesmahagow, Annan, Stonehaven, Ellon, Inverurie and Forres, at a total estimated cost of £64 million.
