§ Mr. RowlandsMajority rule irrespective of race or colour exists in Bermuda. Under the constitution there is universal adult suffrage. British subjects, that is, citizens of any Commonwealth country, who possess Bermudian status or who have been ordinarily resident in Bermuda throughout the immediately preceding period of three years qualify for registration as electors.
