§ Mr. DeakinsThe leaflet "Are You A Stinker?" which gives advice on personal cleanliness, is produced by the Health Education Council. I understand that, since it was first printed in April 1974, 350,000 copies have been produced and nearly 330,000 of these have been distributed to health authorities and others. Preparation and printing costs have amounted to just over £3,000.
