Sir Anthony Rolyeasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department if he has expressed his thanks to Barclays Bank for the donation of £25,000 to police charities following the successful arrest and conviction of the murderer of a bank clerk in the hon. Member for Richmond's constituency.
