asked the Chancellor of the Exchequer what consultations he has held on the utilisation of North Sea oil revenue.

asked the Chancellor of the Exchequer what discussions he has had concerning the future use of oil revenues.

asked the Chancellor of the Exchequer what discussions he has had concerning the distribution of revenue from North Sea oil.

The Government intend to publish in the New Year a discussion document setting out the economic options and the alternative uses for the increased revenues from North Sea oil. Discussions have been held with the TUC/Labour Party Liaison Committee and members of the Parliamentary Labour Party.

asked the Chancellor of the Exchequer if he will make a statement on the matters to which the Government propose to devote the revenues from North Sea oil.

No. But as I said in my answer earlier this afternoon to my hon. Friends the Members for Chorley (Mr. Rodgers) and Ealing, North (Mr. Molloy) the Government expect to publish a discussion document in the New Year.
