§ Mr. John FraserOur 100 per cent. grant aid to all consumer advice centres in Great Britain this year is equal to rather less than 0.005 per cent. of total consumer expenditure in 1976–77. Expressed as a cost per person in Great Britain, the grant aid represents one halfpenny per month.
