§ Mr. Whitlockasked the Secretary of State for Social Services if he will issue instructions that insurance officers of his Department, when notifying claimants of the rejection of their claims, shall give to the claimant clear explanations which are understandable to the layman rather than obscure references to clauses, sections and subsections of Acts of Parliament.
