§ Mr. Skeetasked the Secretary of State for Social Services whether it is his policy to continue to give centres of excellence and teaching hospitals in London a prior call on the limited funds available at the expense of the shire counties.
§ Mr. MoyleIt is our policy that the resources available for hospital and community health services should be shared more fairly between health authorities having regard to local considerations, including the extra costs necessarily incurred by teaching hospitals in providing clinical facilities for medical and dental education.
