§ Mr. Trotterasked the Secretary, of State for Defence whether the terms of manufacture of Harriers under licence outside the United Kingdom would preclude sales to third countries without prior agreement of the United Kingdom; and under what 542W circumstances such prohibition of sales would be enforced.
§ Dr. GilbertSuch sales would be subject to prior consultation with the United Kingdom Government, and this consultation would take account of the relevant circumstances at the time.
