§ Mr. Kenneth Clarkeasked the Secretary of State for Industry whether he will set out all the movements of the maximum rate of interest relief grant and of interest rates for loans under the Industry Act 1972 over the last two years.
§ Mr. CryerThe movements of the "broadly commercial" rate of interest on loans are set out below. The higher rate of interest relief grant is fixed at the same 557W rate as the "broadly commercial" rate, and the "concessionary" rate of interest on loans is fixed at 3 per cent. below.
