§ Dr. GilbertYes. The Ministry of Defence is not directly involved in the placing in the United Kingdom of orders resulting from an offset agreement with544W an overseas Government or manufacturer. Where the United Kingdom offers business under an offset agreement, the MOD very rarely places orders.
