§ Mr. MeacherIf the United Kingdom lobster fishing industry has evidence that imports are being made at dumped prices and are thereby causing injury, it may apply to the Commission for antidumping action to be taken. Before doing so, however, it should make contact with my officials, who will be able to advise on the presentation of the case. Questions about the EEC competition rules are for my right hon.
