§ Mr. Harold WalkerI refer the hon. Member to my reply on 15th November—[Vol. 939, c. 576 and 577]. Courses which are within the terms and conditions of the memorandum of arrangements are eligible for grant aid. Conferences are not eligible for grant aid.
