Mr. Wellsasked the Minister for the Civil Service if he will set up an inquiry into the attitudes of public servants, both national and local, towards the property of which they are custodians, to cover both real property such as schools, playing fields and hospitals, as well as movable property such as fire engines and medical equipment.
