- Steel, 850 metric tones
- Floors and slabs, 26,300 sq metres
- Glass, 3,000 sq metres
- Electrical wiring, 11 miles
- Asphalt, 25,000 sq metres
- Gravel and paving, 9,300 sq metres
- Concrete (including structural concrete), 2,800 cubic metres
