§ Mr. Biggs-Davisonasked the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food whether new legislation to revise the Food and Drugs Act 1955 will take account of the representations of the Epping Forest District Council to his right hon. Friend the Secretary of State for the Environment supported by the hon. Members for Epping Forest and Brentwood and Ongar (Mr. McCrindle) and empower appropriate authorities effectively to prevent the dangerous distribution of food unfit for human consumption.
