(2) when he expects work on the proposed Kelsall bypass to commence;
(3) when he expects work on the proposed Tarvin bypass to commence.
§ Mr. HoramAll schemes in the trunk road programme are currently being reviewed in the light of the principles and priorities set out in the transport policy White Paper. Announcements will be made in due course.
