Mr. Wm. Rossasked the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland if he will publish a list of the dock hereditaments covered by Article 2 of the Valuation (Docks) Order (Northern Ireland) 1977 and show the net effect on the rates payable on such hereditaments as a result of the application of this Article vis-à-vis the formula laid down by S.I., 1975, No. 2179 (N.I.).
§ Mr. DunnDock hereditaments covered by Article 2 of the Valuation (Docks) Order (NI) 1977 are as follows:

The net effect of the rates payable on such hereditaments under this article cannot be stated until revised net annual values are calculated based on certified statements of relevant receipts furnished
