Whether the Swiss Government has deposited its ratification of the Non-Proliferation Treaty in London, and what comment, if any, Her Majesty's Government have made on the reservations the Swiss Government attached to the ratification.
§ Lord GORONWY-ROBERTSThe Government of Switzerland deposited instruments of ratification of the Non-Proliferation Treaty in London, Moscow and Washington on the 9th of March. In so doing, they handed over a written Declaration, a copy of which has been placed in the Library of this House. Her Majesty's Government see no need to comment on the Declaration.
