§ Mr. WellbelovedA programme of improvements to the airfield at RAF Stornoway, including extension of the main runway, is planned to start towards the end of next year. The improvements will provide the airfield with the facilities necessary for its military use in emergency. The airfield will continue to be available on the present basis for use by civil aviation.
