asked the Secretary of State for Trade if he will institute a review of the system of scrutinising potential recommendations for the Queen's Award to Industry, with a view to harmonisation of the activities of the companies recommended with the policies of Her Majesty's Government, such as those relating to the reduction of tobacco consumption.
