Friend is anxious to make good progress with consideration of the Strategic Plan for the Northern Region, and he has asked for comments by 31st May. If, however, it becomes clear that this deadline would cause serious difficulty in individual cases, it might be possible to310W consider extending it by, at the most, a few weeks in those cases.
