§ Mr. Tebbitasked the Secretary of State for Transport when he expects to publish the inspector's report following the public inquiry into the proposed route of the A10 to A12 sections of the M25; and if the delay in publication can be expected to affect the announced target dates of 1981 for the A10 to M11 section and 1980 for the M11 to A12 section.
