§ Mrs. Chalkerasked the Secretary of State for Education and Science when she will review the 32-year-old agreement followed by her Department in order to enable local authority training course grants to be made available to handicapped students.
§ Mr. OakesI assume the hon. Member is referring to Ministry of Education Circular 68 issued in November 1945. My Department is at present in consultation with the Training Services Agency on the operation of the circular.
